Updates and Transitions

What's up peeps!:) I wanted to share some updates on what's going on with me and my life. Have you ever gotten to a point in your life in which you are transitioning? Well that is what I am doing right now.  This is when you are starting bring old tasks or projects to a completion and are beginning to expand and grow into new ones.

Right now my focus is on finishing up graduate school and I will be earning my Masters Degree in Psychology.   I am in the process of building a new solid career. And I will be pursuing my professional counseling license upon completion of my masters degree.

I am reaching a crossroad as to which direction I want to go in my life.  I may be switching universities to transition my career more into occupational therapy  and into the medical field.  My dear son Justin who has cerebral palsy was my inspiration for wanting to  go more into the medical field and learn more about better treatment options for the disabled.

I have to focus on building a life for my family.  I still write on my blogs:  Kimberly Purpoz, Psychology Essence Blog, and Purpoz Inspiration.   You all can check out my v-logs on the Kimberly Purpoz Channel on YouTube. I am still a research writer and blogger with U.S. Career Institute.

I have had some readers ask me if I am going to release some more books.  And the answer is yes.  I have two books that are almost at completion.  I  will continue to keep you all posted.  I might release some of my shorts stories and I will re-release some samples from some of my upcoming books.  Keep on checking back I will definitely keep you guys posted.  Till next time, keep the faith.

Starting a New Career

Hi guys I am sorry I have been away.  I have been extremely busy with school and doing an internship at a local medical facility.  I just completed my medical certification and  I will be completing my residency in Florida this Summer.  And I should be graduating this Fall with my masters in psychology degree.  I will keep you all post.:)

Winter 2014 Newsletter

Hello peep!:) It has been a very cold winter.  Why not curl up with a book. In this quarterly newsletter, the theme is being honest with self.  Sometime in life people are so busy fighting their own battles and looking out for others that they  forget to look at themselves.  When you overlook yourself, you forget to be honest with self.  

Sometimes we lose ourselves when we face difficult problems and situations that we let our pride get the best of us.  Some individuals are constantly trying to fix their dilemmas by themselves  and are too afraid to ask for help.

There may be a time a in your life where certain matters are beyond your control and you need the love and support of others.  Does this means that everyone has your back?  The answer is no.  You do have to be careful of who you let inside your inner circle? Yes, you.  I wrote an article about your inner circle  and published it on my other blog  called Purpoz Inpiration.  Being honest with self and knowing when you are at you limit  can help you avoid the pitfalls that life may bring.   Till next time.  Keep the faith.!

Hello peeps. I hope you all had a safe and wonderful holiday.  I just wanted to give you all an update.  I have a new part-time job as a research writer and student blogger for U.S. Career Institute.
